形態特徵

• Perennial herbs or undershrubs, epiphytic on tree trunks or rocks; stems pendent, succulent, woody, many striate.
• Leaves membranaceous to herbaceous, narrowly oblong, oblanceolate to oblong-oblanceolate, 7-15 cm long, 1.5-3.5 cm wide, apex acute to long acuminate, margins crenate to nearly entire, base slightly obliquely cuneate; petioles 4-11 mm long; nanophylls deciduous, 5-20 mm long, 2-5 mm wide; stipules 2, free, triangular, 2-3 mm long.
• Inflorescences capitate glomerules, axillary; bracts free, oblique, very broadly triangular; receptacles fleshy, terete; peduncles of male Inflorescences slender, 4.5-6 mm long. Male flowers sessile or with pedicels 1-1.5 mm long, very broadly obovoid; sepals 4 or 5, connate ca. 1/2 of length, obovate-cymbiform, corniculate below apex, margins entire; stamens 4 or 5; pistillodes clavate. Female flowers ca. 0.4 mm across; sepals 4 or 5, free, subequal, obovate-cymbiform, rounded to truncate at apex; ovary oblong.
• Achenes slightly compressed, ovoid.

分布

• 台灣 : at low to medium altitudes throughout the island, on tree trunks and rocks in moist forests and ravines.
• 世界 : Africa and tropical Asia. Philippines, S. China, Nepal, India and Indonesia.
